Notes To Parents
ASK YOUR CHILD ABOUT THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP RING INFORMATION SHEET THAT WILL BE SENT HOME FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 19TH.
As many of you know, we have designed a State Championship t-shirt as a fundraising opportunity for students who are purchasing State rings. T-shirts are $15 each and $5 from each sale will be applied to the student's account toward his or her ring. Initial orders need to be placed no later than Monday, 24th so we will have the shirts to wear and sell by the opening performance of Johnny Belinda. Extra shirts (approx. 20 each size except for 2X or larger) will be added to the initial order. We have included the artwork below.

We need to obtain and keep on file a web release form for each student giving us written permission to use images and video on the choctawdrama website.
